Bulletin Board announcements are shown at least 10 times a day on channels 3 and 65. Upcoming events announcements are also shown on channel 64 several times a day.
The basic announcement is one page with the essential information of What, Where, When and Who to contact for more information.
Multiple-page announcements that have a voiceover or narration and/or background music are also possible.
MCTV can prepare announcements, we charge a user fee based on the average time spent to prepare and upload an announcement.
Announcements can also be prepared by anyone and submitted electronically. See more information below.
Allow enough time for ad to be effective. Announcements are most effective if on MCTV for at least two weeks, four weeks is even better.

$10 � 1-page announcement submitted electronically to MCTV, prepared to our specs.
$25 � 1-page announcement prepared by MCTV.
Preparing announcements
Submit announcements as JPG or PDF files. PowerPoint files without animation are also fine.
JPG and PDF files should be prepared and saved at 800 (wide) x 600 (tall) pixels.
Avoid white backgrounds and bright reds and oranges especially. All bright colors tend to flare and make reading difficult.
Each page should not have more than 30 words to make certain the type can be read easily. Just the Basics Who, What, Where, When.
Graphics are a good thing to include.
Type should be at least 18 points, and larger is better.
Do not include prices � do list where tickets are available.
